Lucia has a long-standing and diverse background as a Registered Nurse, Matron, and Clinical Nurse Specialist, supported by a Master’s Degree in Management and Coordination of Health Professionals.

Born in Como, she moved to Milan in 1993, where she began her nursing career. In 2014, she relocated to London, continuing her work as a Clinical Nurse Specialist for the NHS.

She joined Casa Londra in July 2025, embracing a new professional challenge. Her extensive experience in healthcare has equipped her with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, empathy, resilience, and a client-focused approach, qualities she now brings to the real estate sector.

Outside of work, Lucia enjoys painting watercolours, cooking, reading, and travelling by motorbike with her husband, passions that reflect her creativity, curiosity, and love for discovering new perspectives.
