During periods in which the property is vacant, Casa Londra management if requested by the Landlord will be carried out at a charge of £180 incl VAT per month. If the property needs extra maintenance attention such as any major building repairs involving other flat/s or/and the building insurance a fee of £60 incl VAT per hour is applicable on top of above monthly fees
