We also respond to any enquiries, show your property to prospective tenants and perform background checks on tenants for criminal, bankruptcy, fraud and eviction records.. We will find reputable tenants with good references.

During periods in which the property is vacant, Casa Londra management if requested by the Landlord will be carried out at a charge of £180 incl VAT per month. If the property needs extra maintenance attention such as any major building repairs involving other flat/s or/and the building insurance a fee of £60 incl VAT per hour is applicable on top of above monthly fees

Commission Fees and Charges for short term lettings (below 6 months)

Casa-Londra will charge the following commissions based on the relevant time frame:

20% (24% including VAT) fee on short lets between 1 months and 3 months
15% (18% including VAT) fee on short lets between 3 months and 6 months
