Property management and letting fees

The following is a comprehensive price list of the property management and letting services provided by Casa Londra for long term lettings.

Landlord Insurance

Preparation of the flat for letting, organising decoration, buying furniture, kitchen equipment, linen and towels, ordering curtains/upholstery, organising delivery of new furniture and removal of old furniture, booking appointments for broadband/Sky connection etc.

Assistance with UK bank account set up

Handling landlord’s personal correspondance and other errands

Key holding service (pick up and drop off during out of office hours must be arranged on request)

During periods in which the property is empty, Casa Londra management will be carried out at a charge of £120 + VAT per month. If the property needs extra maintenance attention such as any major building repairs involving other flat/s or/and the building insurance/legal actions a fee of £50 + VAT per hour is applicable on top of above monthly fees.


Short term lettings

Lettings below 6 months time duration (one week minimum) are considered “short lets”. In the short let agreements all the utilities bills are paid by the Landlords, therefore included in the rent price.

Casa Londra will charge the following commissions based on the relevant time frame:

–  30% for short let tenancy starting from 7 nights up to 14 nights;
–  25% for short let tenancy starting from 15 nights and 30 nights;
–  20% for short let tenancy starting from 1 month to 3 months;
–  15% for short let tenancy starting from 3 months to 6 months.

These commissions will cover the property management and letting services provided by Casa Londra in respect of the lettings and during that periods.

Any addition services Casa Londra may provide out the short let period will be invoiced separately at a cost of £50 + VAT per hour.
