We then undertake a search for a suitable property for a maximum period of three months. We are confident we will supply you with a range of options within this time frame, however the search period can be extended if required, in which case a further payment of \u00a31,000 plus VAT will be payable to cover a further three months\u2019 search.<\/p><p>On completion of the sale process we will charge you a commission which corresponds to 2% plus VAT of the purchase price.
